EXPECTATIONS
In order to have a fun, positive, and successful semester, I expect everyone to adhere to the following expectations in our classroom.
-
RESPECT: show respect for the classroom, your peers, any staff members, and yourself.
-
ATTENDANCE: attend all classes on time and prepared. I do give plenty of time for work to be completed during class time, and thus consistent attendance will help you stay on top of assignments.
-
HAND IN ASSIGNMENTS: your success in this course is mostly dependent on the quality and completion of your class work. Be sure to hand in assignments in a timely manner. If an assignment is handed in late and there has been no prior discussion with me, I will mark your assignment like it’s late! IF YOU NEED EXTRA TIME, COME AND TALK TO ME BEFORE THE DUE DATE!
-
QUALITY OF WORK: Assignments should be neat and not in rough copy.
-
PLAGIARISM: please do not copy and paste from Google and pretend it is your own! I will find out. It’s not fun for either of us. If you are caught plagiarizing, you will receive one free pass and a chance to redo the assignment. If you are caught plagiarizing a second time, you will receive zero.
-
TRY YOUR BEST: ask for assistance when needed!
I want you to be successful in this course! Let’s have a fun semester!
